Athirampuzha Gram Panchayat has prepared this Citizen Charter to provide transparent, efficient and people-friendly administration and to ensure timely delivery of services to every citizen.
General Information

Objective : To make Panchayat administration transparent, efficient and people-friendly and provide services within the stipulated time frame.
Major Services
Digital Services
Property Tax, Birth, Death and Marriage Certificates, Building Ownership Certificates and other services available online.
Welfare Pensions
Citizens can check pension disbursement and application status online.
Health Services
Information on Primary Health Centre, ASHA Workers and Veterinary Hospital.
Industry & MSME
Credit facilities, insurance schemes and support services for entrepreneurs.
Grievance Redressal
If services are not received within the prescribed time, citizens can submit complaints to the Panchayat President or Secretary in person, by phone or by letter.
Citizens may also approach the Ombudsman, Tribunal and authorities under the Right to Information Act.
Responsibilities of Citizens
- Participate actively in Gram Sabhas and local governance.
- Pay taxes correctly and cooperate in development activities.
- Protect public property and preserve the environment.
- Promote social harmony and guard against social evils.
- Support Panchayat initiatives for sustainable development.
